CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change. However, to respect our stylists' time and ensure all clients have fair access to appointments, we maintain the following policy: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled service time. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) or no-shows will incur a 30% charge of your scheduled service fee. This fee helps us compensate our staff for their reserved time and allows us to accommodate other clients who may have wanted that appointment slot.
